The Role of Internet Marketing in the Creation of New Markets with an Emphasis on the Virtual Tourism (Case study: Qeshm Island)

Abstract:
The present study was conducted to investigate the role of marketing in creating new markets with an emphasis on virtual tourism in the Qeshm Island. In this research¡ internet marketing and virtual tourism as independent variables and new markets (Tourist arrivals to tourism regions) are the dependent variable. The study population experts in the tourism industry¡ tourism professor at the University of ABA and experts in the Cultural Heritage Organization in Tehran¡ travel agency personnel And IT staff travel agency that 90 people were involved. The results show that online marketing is an effective and significant role in the introduction of new markets and the use of educational videos on the Web is of the utmost importance in the internet marketing methods is in the introduction of new tourism markets Other results showed virtual tourism is an effective and significant role in the introduction of new tourism markets And offer panoramic images of the new tourism markets of the utmost importance in a variety of virtual tourism on the introduction of new tourism markets.
