The purpose of this research, study was to investigate the role of psychological capital in reduced organizational silence teachers. data gathering procedure is descriptive (correlation) and the aim is practical. The statistical population of the study consisted 1055 entire secondary school teachers of KhoramaBad. What is more, the sample was selected 280 randomly based on the table krejcie and Morgan. Data collection tools, organizational silence questionnaire (Vndayn, Ang & Botero, 2003), and capital psychological questionnaire (Luthanz & Avolio, 2007) in five Likert scale.
