An investivation of the Interpretive Approach in Anthropological Methodology

In the last half century and in terms of methodology, Social science researches in general and specifically anthropological researches, are located as important debates. Many of these debates have to be considered around what has been called the interpretative turn in the social science. Interpretative turn first of all was the question of the philosophy of social science and its methodology. In the new look, the prophecy of social science methodology, not for causal explanation object is perceived social realities, but in order to achieve an understanding of people's lives as it is based on their perception was emphasized. Anthropology as one of distinguished disciplines in terms of human involvement with cultural communities, has always been the winner of leading such a look in its researches. interpretative approach in anthropological methodology is based on the intellectual foundation of specialized and flexible operation practices that lead researcher in research of meaning. The present article is a reflection on principles and practices so that finally tips on how to understand the meaning and representation of cultural structure of a society. The results were described in ethnographic interpretation is based on narratives as a way to be helpful in understanding the meaning of human actions.
