Persian Language Seats and Stable Political Relations between Iran and Italy

Abstract:
The theory of constructivism in international relations considers language as one of the determinant of identity. Language reflects the culture of a nation. When there is similarity of this element with other nations it can bring them closer to each other. Taking into consideration the place of Persian language and Iranian culture in Italy it has close impact on political relations and ties between Iran and Italy. There are close relations between the seat of Persian language and durable relations between Iran and Italy. The present article wants to examine the impact of cultural potentials on political relations. The paper makes use of descriptive-analytical approach and the collection of data is by interview and questionnaire. In this ways the paper examines the importance of the influencing factors and determinants in shaping the durable relations and ties between the two countries. The finding of the study shows that Italian Iranologist politicians who have acquainted themselves with Iranian culture through Persian language have significant influence on stable political relations of the two countries.
