Analysis of the New Evolutions in Iranian Criminal law: in the Realm of Offender, Accomplice Aider and Abettor

Legal systems have chosen different methods to categorize the inventors in a criminal phenomenon. Some accept aider concept and some do not. Though these differences in different legal systems are completely natural. Since the beginning of penal codification in Iranian legal system there has been changes and alterations in the realm of categorizing the inventors in a criminal phenomenon. Not having a sensible criminal policy in distinction between perpetrator, aider and accomplice and lack of an exact definition for them are some of the problems of new penal code. These problems of course are the center of discussion of present article.
