The use of specialized personnel in posts commensurate with their expertise (the case of a military organization)

Abstract:
The research was descriptive, survey. The statistical population of 2462 people. To determine the sample selection based on a sample of 329 questionnaires were distributed among them. The results processed using descriptive statistics and analysis, gap analysis, one sample T-test, Friedman, square, Kruskal-Wallis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and .. were analyzed. Survey was designed. In this study, through interviews and questionnaire survey among 11 experts of human resources and organization, the conceptual model, indices and components includes features specialists, designated specialized jobs, and features mission professional careers extraction, its validity was evaluated and approved it placed . Then through Delphi method and factor Lavshh, components and indicators prepared for the validation of the questionnaire obtained after the final and was distributed among 30 people. To calculate the reliability of measurement in this study, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for internal consistency of the data used.Nsbtarzaytbkhsh use of specialists can be considered, but good Bavz about 20% away.
