Identifying the extent of achievement to the TQME; perspectives of M.Sc. students of Agricultural and Natural Resources University

The present study is a descriptive-survey and aims to implication of Total Quality Management in higher education (TQME) from the M.Sc. student's perspective. This study focused on the principles of "The quality of educational services and spaces", "The quality of research spaces and services" and "The student's participation in planning and decision making". Data were collected with a researcher-made questionnaire. The population of this study was the M.Sc. students at the Khuzestan Ramin Agricultural and Natural Resources University (220 persons), which among them 140 persons using Krejcie and Morgan sample size’s table were selected as sample of research by completely randomization sampling method. In order to enhancement of research validity the sample size increased to 150 persons that finally 143 valid questionnaires collected and codified. Data were described and analyzed using SPSS (V20). The results revealed all of research variables were on average level, so there is huge gap to the desired level of implementation of TQM in higher education. Finally some suggestions in order to better implication of Total Quality Management in Khuzestan Ramin Agricultural and Natural Resources University were offered.
