Prioritizing access indexes to equal opportunities in development of Iran vocational education

Abstract:
In this article , prior indexes for accessing equal opportunities are evaluated for development of Iran vocational education . In this sense , through social indexes and classifying their kinds , the problem of accessing opportunities in development of high education is analyzed and after that the development necessities of vocational education are shown and development results of this training without regarding equal opportunities is evaluated and analyzed .
At last , by considering the special sense of vocational education system of Iran , measurement indexes of inequalities in development of high education is specified and classified into 4 main categories .
According to the objective of this research , the development indexes of prioritizing methodology of vocational education from the point of view of equal access to educational opportunities is presented , and finally , by determining prior indexes , it will be possible to measure prior country areas for establishing vocational universities .
