Measurement and Analysis of the Quality of Housing by Taking Advantage of MADM Methods (Case Study: Counties Tehran Province)

The need to pay serious attention to the issue of housing in development plans has caused nowadays access to adequate housing and standard to be considered as one of the main indicators of development. The importance of preventing mental and social damage on the one hand and the need to prevent abnormalities in the tissues housing the other hand, Are the most important things that the quality of housing Raised as one of the basic needs of communities to achieve sustainable development. In this regard paying special attention to quality issues (Such as immunization settlements, suppliers of environmental health, energy efficiency and facilitate the functions of biological, economic, health, social services and physical homes, ...) led a study to assess and analyze the quality of housing in Counties Tehran Province, Attempt to assess the situation, Knowledge basis, Planning and provide more favorable policies for planners and policy makers in this field.This research is Basic and methods it has been used in the descriptive analysis. Statistical population of Tehran province and collecting method Information from the type of library entrance, and collected according to the research objectives of based on Statistics in 2011, During which 22 Qualitative variables in field housing extracted and slightly way by using Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution and was performed, Level of development Counties of Tehran province. Analysis of areas of study, while showing a lack of access to adequate housing and standard, show that the qualitative dimension of housing, Only county in Mallard, Shahriyar and Eslamshahr are an acceptable development and in other Counties unacceptable and deplorable housing quality status, Up where residential buildings in terms of habitability Cannot desirably provide their residents need residence. It is clear that the lack of basic standards and deprivation of essential factors of quality housing Considered as a major insufficiency in Counties Tehran Province, while disrupting the functioning of the housing units, Resident's quality of life was also seriously dominated. Therefore, the need for a comprehensive and systematic planning, Along with integrated management targeted, to provide appropriate living space felt more than before.
