Receiving alimony Yes or No?

God ,considering nature and physical differences between men and women and considering the interests of society, has determined rules and regulations. All of which are for the achievement of God’s divine virtues and ultimate happiness. In addition, there are special regulations and directives on the protection of women’s rights and interests. As that drafting laws and bills of justice and other laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran have been all in pursuit of these goals. The one of the important women’s financial rights is the right to receive alimony which is paid by fathers and husbands as a one-sided task. This article was written with the aim of explaining the concept, philosophy, nature, amount of alimony,… execution warranties (Legal - Criminal) and compare it to the alimony position and the effects of remove it in the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and the laws of Iran. It tries to emphasize Islamic rights privileges in the field of women’s rights. We hope that the content answer the cultural, juridical and legal needs of the audience.
