The Changing concept of family from white marriage to homosexuality Looking at the lifestyle, the damages and the challenges

Before the twentieth century, the family was a common concept in the west and family was shaped consisting of parents and children with defined functions and on the basis of traditional contracts. Gradually because of the emergence of several factors, emerged changes in the family. Change the lifestyle and concept of family in the west get started with white marriage and led to the legalization of homosexual marriage gay. Nowadays, the western countries try to recognize same-sex marriage by using the word “families” in place of the family in international law and expand third world countries. Undoubtedly, confronting this attitude and culture with the culture of Iranian and Islamic society has caused changes in the lifestyle of the Iranian people and has been emerged the identity and valuecrisis in Iranian lifestyle. The marriage culture and family formation has been faced with changes. This article, was written the aim of explaining the concept of lifestyle, definition of the family from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and the laws of Iran and compare it with the family and its types in the west and emphasizes the supremacy of the Islamic family in lifestyle.
