A Survey on Collaboration rate of papers authors in Journal of Applied Psychology during 2007-2016

Aim: The main objective of this research was determination of collaboration among authors who published articles in Journal of Applied Psychology during 2007-2016(Issue 1 to 36).
The method of research is Scienometrics. Research population was all published papers of Journal of Applied Psychology (235 papers) during 2007-2016. Data were gathered using study on origin papers. All data were analyzed by Collaboration Coefficient and descriptive statistics.
Findings indicated average of authors’ number during 9 years was 2.85. In 2011 and 2016, authors had the most collaboration in Journal Applied Psychology.Shahid Beheshti University Sciences have had the most published articles in this journal among other research institutes and universities. Current study indicated that the Collaboration Coefficient in papers of Journal of Applied Psychology was 0.57.
Author’s collaboration in Journal of Applied Psychology is in suitable level.
