Comparing Marital Satisfaction and Mental Health of Employees and Non-Hospital Treatment of Male and Female Parts Great Oil Hospital of Ahvaz

Due to specific environmental factors that cause stress and constant contact hospital staff this environment, we expect the health sector employment in the sector have more adverse mental health treatment. The aim of this study was to compare marital satisfaction and mental health of employees and non-hospital treatment of male and female parts of Ahvaz oil. This study was causal-comparative. The sample consisted of 300 male and female parts of medical and non medical staff Hospital Ahwaz oil in 1395 to choose from available sampling method is used. Tools marital satisfaction and mental health questionnaire was used. For data analysis, multivariate analysis of variance test was used. The results showed that the medical and nonmedical staff in terms of component marital satisfaction (F=5.97, P0.05) between the two groups do not exist. The results of this research will be to understand the causes of marital satisfaction and mental health of their employees for strategies to increase marital satisfaction and mental health of employees helped.
