Strategies for Promoting the Interaction of Working Women with Their Families

In developing societies, women’s working is an inevitable phenomenon. For a Muslim woman, who regards maintaining the family as her main duty, coordinating the outside job with the main duties i.e. her responsibilities as a wife and mother is a great concern. The present paper seeks to present some strategies to help working women keep their job and family at the same time. The interaction of working women with their families is important because it promotes intimacy among family members and helps them raise forgiving, rational, and wise children, which will in turn contribute to the promotion of ethics in society. Based on the research findings, promoting the interaction of working women with their families takes place in three cognitive, ethical and behavioral domains. To this end, some strategies for promoting interaction and the practical ways of using these methods in the three cognitive, ethical and behavioral domains will be proposed.
