Determining the Role of NAJA in Combating Organized Crimes (with an Emphasis on Restoring Public Security)

Crimes have seen considerable changes in recent years and have been moving rapidly from one individual to a group and in organized form and police expertise can not keep pace with organized crimes in such a way that an appropriate position of organized criems have not been defined in police structure. Therefore; this issue causes problems for police. The data collection and analysis method in this article is qualitative based on field theory and deep interview with police experts and detectives, as well. Crime is an important evidence for latent and deep social diseases. Organized crimes produce an ailing economic system due to their particular features and they grow in an environment where oversight is weak. There are two main reasons for the growth of organized crimes; firstly, an ailing economic system and secondly, the presence of gang groups in organizational and administrative pillars and uints. According to results obtained from this research, the most important issue is the movement of crime towards being organized, but in police organization, there is no definite unit to charge in this regard. So the most important consequences of organized crimes are their development and establishment of a ground to form crimes.
