In the course of last decades, and in line with the progress of technology, Environment and Natural Resources have severely affected due to human activities. These changes caused serious Pollution and Degradation of Environment in its different areas. In this context, There exists a question alongside the Development of Human Rights issues that whether Human has a right to Environment and its natural resources or not. In other words is this right a kind of Human Right that all humans are entitled to according to the rules and standards of human rights. Precise Answer to this Question depends on different Views to the Values and Functions of Environment. This research attempts to analyze the exact relationship between environment and human right from a legal point of view, and provides the most important examples of the right to environment as an important environmental right in order to explain and understand this right as a human right.
