An Analysis of the Factors Affecting on Entering the Former University Graduates into Cooperative Sector

In this study the solutions for absorbing the university graduates into cooperative sector has been reviewed. The statistical samples of the study included both 100 members in graduate's cooperatives and 100 unemployed graduates in Hamedan from 2014 to 2015. The questionnaire was validated during content and face validity method by a group of experts from both organization of cooperatives, labour, and social welfare and universities. Reliability of questionnaires first, was done through a pretest process by a number of 30 graduates, then for calculating reliability coefficient of items in the questionnaire, a Cronbach Alpha test was used and it was 0.79. The results of factor analysis showed the five key factors effect on absorbing the university graduates into cooperative sector. These factors were: legal and governmental supports, financial and credits, educational, communicational, and empower mental factors.
