The Investigation of the Relationship between Happiness and Perfectionism in Male and Female Students of the Institute for Higher Education ACECR Khouzestan

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between happiness and perfectionism among male and female students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR Khouzestan. The main hypothesis was that there is a meaningful relationship between happiness and perfectionism among male and female students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR. The research subjects included 100 students (50 girls and 50 boys) whom were selected by simple random sampling method from students of Institute for Higher Education ACECR Khouzestan. The research design was descriptive and correlational and to measure the variables, Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and APS perfectionism scale were used as a research tools. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant relationship between happiness and perfectionism.
