The Role of Advanced Manufacturing Technolog on Productivity development in SMEs with Mediation of Total Quality Management and Information Technology

Nowadays, rapid growth of technolog has affected different industries
in undeniable way. Considering the importance of TQM and IT in the
industry, different approaches have been presented to achieve the
productivity. So, using TQM and IT as mediator in small and medium
industries in Kerman city has been investigated. The statistical
populations were managers and employees in SMEs in Kerman, which
added up to 1586 people. Using Morgan's table the sample size was 310
people. The sampling method was random stratified sampling. To gather
the data field and library method were used. The research method was
descriptive correlational research. To analyze the data, correlation test
and structural equations modeling and SPSS and LISREL soft wares
were used. The results showed Thet there was a significant effect
between the advanced manufacturing technology and productivity in the
mentioned industries. While the advanced manufacturing technology
through TQM mediator variables and the use of Information technology
have more effect on productivity.
