Patient satisfaction referred to three specialized and ultra-specialized clinics of Yazd after the implementation of health Sector Evolution

Patient satisfaction is an important indicator of health care quality. With regard to the implementation of the healthcare reform plan aims to provide optimal service to patients, Pay attention to patient satisfaction of the implementation of this project, is of great importance.
this study aimed to determine the level of patient satisfaction into three specialized and ultra-specialized clinics of Yazd after the implementation of healthcare reform has been carried out.
This cross-sectional study was conducted in 1394.The study population included all patients referred to three clinics in Yazd (Khatamolanbia, Imam Ali and Baghaeipoor) that were also referred to these clinics before the implementation of the development plan (period 92-89). 1760 patients in proportion to each clinic were selected by multistage random and with concurrent controls. Data were collected by a questionnaire that was analyzed with SPSS 22 software.
In this study 52.1% of patients were endemic and 47.9% of patients were non-native. Overall, the average satisfaction with the favorable situation of clinics was 78.1%, average was 15.7% and 6.2% were dissatisfied. Finally, 96.3% of patients referred to the clinics announced re-elect these clinics due to the presence of senior doctors, quality of service and low-cost health.
According to the satisfaction of patients from clinics due to increased features and benefits that the implementation of the development plan for patients in clinics are provided as well as increased presence of non-native in Yazd province seems to be in the coming years more patients are referred to the clinic
