Investigation the relationship between organizational support and innovative organizational climate with job engagement employees of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational support and innovative organizational climate with job engagement employees of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The method of research was descriptive - correlation. The population included all the employees of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (850 employees).With Cochran formula 258 employees by random sampling In this research, job engagement Skaphili et al (2002) , organizational support Sygel and Kimer (1987) and innovative organizational climate Aizenberg and et al (1986) Questionnaire "Shrink" is used. The data using Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis (using statistical software LISREL) are analyzed. The results of the analysis showed: There is a significant correlation between organizational support and innovative organizational climate with job engagement. These two variables predicted 51% of variance in their job engagement. The resulting model for the prediction of job engagement with the organizational support and innovative organizational climate, the fit is good.
