Role of Jurisprudential Rule of Justice in the Sphere of Social Justice

Jurisprudential rules should be observed by the state in both governmental aspects -like infrastructure, major and minor policies and even laws- and its relation with people and other states. While justice as one of the most important jurisprudential rules in politics has been focused on individual and ritual actions, Islamic state should promote it in the whole society. The question is that such rules can be applied in what social aspects? So many facts about the emergence of justice can be extracted from major Islamic resources (i.e. Quran, Sunnah, Ijma’a and Wisdom) which represents its importance especially in politics. If we divide social justice into administrative, economic and judicial sections, we will find many subsections to which have been referred by late jurists. The author tried to study jurisprudential rule of justice in the society applying it in three above sections.
