Factors of Foreign Approach of Iranian 11th Government Based on James Rosenau's Model

Analysis on factors of foreign policy is considered to be a way of figuring position and decision-making process in every state. In this paper, James Rosena’s model was chosen to study foreign policies of Iranian eleventh government besides covering other methods. Since the writer’s effort was to understand foreign policies of the Islamic republic of Iran, those of 9th and 10th governments affecting the 11th has been studied. In this respect, this paper shed light on the difference between 11th government and previous ones, especially 9th and 10th, based on Rosena’s model. At last, it should be said that factors like international sphere, individuals, role, society and state are among the most effective ones when it comes to foreign policies of the Iranian 11th government.
