Study of symbol in Afsaneh Shabannejad's Poetry

This article is research-based, titled “study of symbol in Afsaneh Shabannejad‟s poetry”, it analytically examines types of more frequent symbols using nature elements (flowers, plants, birds, trees, etc.) in the poems of Shabannejad. The goal of study is to better identify Shabannejad‟s poems and how symbols have been used to express emotions and feelings of juvenile period, social issues and abstract implications in the books “bird Said I am a Poet” and “highway”.
It can be concluded that personal symbols in Shabannejad‟s poems are specifically important and using elements of nature symbolically in her poems have specific manifestation.
