The Effect of Learning Organization and Ethical Leadership on Psychological Ability of High School Principals in Tehran by Mediating Spiritual Intelligence

The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of learning organization and moral leadership on psychological ability of high school teachers in Tehran through the mediation of spiritual intelligence. The research method was descriptive in terms of collecting information of correlation type and in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of the study was assigned to all managers of girls and boys in Tehran, which consists of 286 people. The sample size is estimated to be 162 persons according to Morgan's table. This number was selected by simple random sampling method from the statistical population. The instruments for collecting data were four standard questionnaires in Likert scale and the title of the learning organization questionnaire (Penny Gardiner, 1999) containing 60 phrases and 0/83 alpha, ethical leadership questionnaire (Brown, 2005) with 10 phrases and 0/87, Psychological empowerment questionnaire (Spraitz and Mishra, 1992) with 18 phrases and 0/83 and spiritual intelligence of the questionnaire (Linda Hildebrand, 2011) has 24 phrases and 0/90 alpha. For analyzing data and analyzing data, structural equations based on partial least squares approach are used with Smart-PLS software. The results showed that 1- The learning organization has a significant effect on psychology's ability of high school principals in Tehran and spiritual intelligence plays an important role in this effect. 2- Ethical leadership has a significant effect on psychological ability of high school principals in Tehran and spiritual intelligence plays an important role in this effect.
