Education for Planner in Marine Organizations: Current and Future circumstances and Glance to Education and Training System in Educational Institutions

For achievement to long-term goals alongside sea industries, Marine and maritime training planning causes new challenges and opportunities for advancing the marine environment. Then maritime planning is to be useful and achieve its stated goals it will require a fields of trained individuals who will be responsible for or will penetrate in marine planning. This study using analytical – descriptive approach, analyses the Study of" Education for Planner in Marine Organizations: Current and Future circumstances and Glance to Education for Programmer in England in Maritime Institutes." Findings of this study shows that with considering data gathered during the development and delivery of an integrated professional course and a planners level program, here we explores the key elements of education and training required by marine planners. These include a science of planning management and national and international laws and conventions; A finding of how maritime plans can compose with existing coastal plans and other training requirements; and an understanding of the marine environment, including the human activities and natural features. It concludes with a discussion of the different instructions individuals may play in the planning process and so their various training needs and future viewpoints.
