Recipient of the message on domestic and international contracts in e-commerce

In this paper, the validity of the message data in e-commerce versus paper documents and the value of the electronic document are discussed. The analysis will be conducted with the study of the Law on Electronic Commerce of Iran, the Code of Conduct, and the Code of Conduct and the International Convention on the Law of the Interior of the Advanced Electronic E-Commerce.
