Abstract:
the main objective of the present study was to evaluate, compare and analyze the relationships between indicators measuring the level of human and econimic development, the quality and quantity of research projects in 26 Asian countries. descriptive research method based on information of databasess such as UNDP, SIR and Word bank has been used. In order to assess the level of development of society, human development indicator, GDP and gender inequality, and for scientific assessment, the Hirsch index (H-Index) and number of published research projects related to the year 2012, were studied. analysis based on canonical correlation analysis and statistical techniques using statistical software SPSS and STATISTICA is done. results of canonical correlation analysis showed a good linear combination between two sets of development variables as criterion variables and science assessment variables as predictor variables. Based on the canonical correlation analysis results, Creation the conditions and context of improving the quantity and quality of research outputs in different communities, lead to strengthening and increasing the level of development in them.
