Abstract:
Extensive development of new technologies, especially digital literacy, realization theory reminds was flat Planet. A world without borders in which the role of the media is undeniable. Over the centuries, human beings have always been among the general principles and moral values of sanctity was great. In this paper, documentary study centered on the place of ethics in social media in modern times scholars from the perspective of Latin America have been used.In developed countries, there are always two perspectives against ethics. One knows it agrees with freedom of expression and free flow of information and other views that are fundamentally opposed to it. Contemporary social media for their survival must be based on three categories of data transfer speed, data security and overcome a wider audience. The contemporary audience acquired through components such as media literacy and critical literacy and the audience is more intelligent, more agile and more choosy been sent.
