Explain the relationships between empowerment and organizational agility in medical universities and Presentation a model in line with the overall policy of administrative system

The research method is a descriptive survey-correlational study, and from the point of view of applied-development purpose, which has been studied by field surveys to collect data. The population of the study consisted of knowledgeable experts and staff of medical universities in the country. Sample size using the Delphi method of 33 experts and using a two-stage cluster sampling method, 378 staff members of the country's medical universities were selected using the Cochran formula. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The results indicate that the component of multi-tasking of staff has been omitted from the agility components of the organization and the component of the sense of strength of the components of individual ability has been eliminated. There is a meaningful and direct relation between organizational empowerment and agility and the components of individual and organizational empowerment and organizational agility. In general, organizational agility is explained by empowerment sub-scales and the pattern explained in this research has a desirable value.
