Investigate The Effect Of Using Knowledge Management On Improving Productivity Among Employees Of Hormozgan

Human environments include physical, social and psychological factors, each of which plays an important role in human health. One of these factors for a man is his work environment that can affect other areas of his life. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of using knowledge management on improving productivity among employees of Hormozgan Welfare Organization in 2017. The purpose of this study was an applied and data collection perspective, a correlation method. The statistical population consisted of Hormozgan's well-being employees. The tools used in this research included knowledge management questionnaire, HRMS productivity scale. The results of this study were analyzed using SPSS-20 software. The results showed a significant relationship between Knowledge management and productivity among employees (p
