Investigating the Role of Political Behaviors on the Hypocoristic Behaviors Regarding the Mediating Effect of Spirituality

This study aimed to investigate the role of political behaviors on the hypocritical behaviors regarding the mediating effect of spirituality. The study is practical in terms of purpose and it is descriptive survey in terms of data collection. The research population includes employees of agricultural jihad of Fars province. 154 employees were selected as sample using simple random sampling method. The research data was collected through standard questionnaires. Data was analyzed by structural equation modeling and SPSS 21 and AMOS 23 software. The results show that political behaviors have a significant positive effect on the hypocritical behaviors. Also the findings show that spirituality has a significant negative effect on the hypocritical behaviors. Political behaviors can decrease hypocritical behaviors through spirituality. In addition, research findings indicate that passive behaviors have the most effect on hypocritical behaviors. According to the tested model, among spirituality dimensions, spiritual needs have the greatest effect in reducing hypocrisy behaviors.
