Abstract:
Job attitude is distinguished as the main effective factor in different researches performed to determine the effective key factors of organizational success in the competitive world. This research is aimed to investigate the role of work centrality on employee work attitudes with regard to the mediating role of psychological contract. The statistical population consists of 386 members of Mellat Insurance managers and employees, of which 190 members were chosen as statistical sample. Data was collected by the questionnaire and through the simple random sampling method, and it is analyzed by structural equation method through Amos and SPSS software. The validity of questions is confirmed by content validity and confirmatory factor analysis and their reliability is confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The results indicate that the work centrality does not have a direct significant effect on employee attitudes. Psychological contract as the mediating variable plays a complete role in the effect of work centrality on job attitudes.
