Abstract:
The decision is inherent in management science. some consider it the same as knowledge management. Different schools of management in this action are done on the basis of expediency to avoid any harm. One of the biggest problems in this direction, there is no true sense of expediency and losses on the thought. Management schools of thought born in the West, so the policy arising from the materialist conception of man, science and the universe. So in the process of decision-making organizations, decisions are disproportionate to the reality of being human that although it is apparently provides material benefits. But if we pay attention to the spiritual dimension of humans and the truth of creation, it is clear that man's worldly is not provided.This article describes the correct decisions Islam. And a decision favorable to the spiritual aspect of human-oriented, mixed with the material because the material and the material he provided.
