Analysis and criticism of Abdolkarim Soroush's viewpoint in the proof of religious Pluralism based on Quranic verses

One of issues in the new speech is religious Pluralism. Pluralism means acceptance of some types of comprehension, understanding, and knowledge in relation with a pure fact even though they are in contradiction with each other.One of narrators of this theory is Abdolkarim Soroush who seeks to prove it by virtue of Quranic verses. His views on Pluralism and his commentary based on these verses indicated that his approach and commentary’s method are different to the most of scholars and commentators. Therefore, his findings are different and in some cases are in the opposite of their findings. A descriptive-analytic method has been applied in this research. Also, criticism and rejection of this viewpoint will be discussed in two aspects; i. e. to prove incorrectness of Soroush’s citation to Quranic verses and his comprehension, on the other hand to analyze Quranic reasons related to the rejection of this theory generally.
