Locating the Distribution of Temporary Facilities for Emergencies, Taking Into Account the Penalty Fee

Locating plays a major role in today's human life and in industrial projects, commerce, including health and relief. The role of location in the emergency and relief forces is very important. This article is intended to increase the speed of service, locate equipment, reduce shipping costs, schedule and manage the use of Limited resources and capacities. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to minimize the cost of delay, to increase the speed of service by defining a fine penalty function. Data and information such as transportation costs, city distances and other information are collected and reviewed in GAM software for exponential and linear penalty functions and the results and differences between the solutions in both cases are linear and exponential fines Together. The results showed that the mathematical model, which has a penalty function, offers more reasonable and verifiable answers than the linear method, and has more efforts to meet emergency demands than the linear method.
