Study of educational service quality effects on student's satisfaction: Case study of Imam Sadeq University

Undoubtedly the quality of education is one of the issues to the development of higher education system. This study aimed to examine the quality of education on student satisfaction, with regard to the Imam Sadeq (AS) University (ISU) as the target population based on the extracted components of the SERVQUAL model, has to offer conceptual model. The results that were obtained using structural equation modeling and LISREL, showed signification and confirmed the conceptual model. In addition, the results show that an increase in the quality of service can be increased 52 percent in satisfaction.
