Abstract:
Background And Objectives
The word “Trust” is one of the fruitful concepts that exist in the educational system of Islam as an excellent educational achievement and a special spiritual attribute that invites the truthful people to perfection and correct education and mental health. Therefore, trusting in God provides the context for human creation in order to guide and grow his spirituality and bring man to God’s glory, which is his worldly and afterlife prosperity. However, since psychological distress is usually a barrier against this goal, it can be said that the use of high educational elements of Islam such as Trust can lead to the establishment and maintenance of spiritual well-being and mental health. Hence, the need for religion and spirituality in mental health in today’s growing society is quite tangible.
Findings and
Results
The importance of study and research in this field seems obvious. In the present article, we first discuss the definition of “spirituali- ty” and “health” from the viewpoint of some intellectuals and then exam- ine some of the educational functions of wisdom and its effects on spiritual health and mental health.
