The Study of the Burnout Rate of High School Teachers in Nayin City

Aim and
Background
The Human being, in the process of adapting to his social and occupational environment, has to face some constraints and pressures in a way that causes the pressure on the workplace to cause burnout of the staff. The presence of healthy, talented and efficient teachers can transform the face and content of the educational organization and provide a healthy environment for learners. While the exhausted, depressed and impoverished teacher leads to waste of time and energy and the lack of growth and evolution of the learners, the present research aims to "study the degree of burnout of high school teachers in Nayin".
Materials And Methods
The research method is descriptive survey. The population and research sample of all secondary school teachers in the second year of urbanization in the academic year of 2016-17 are 58 individuals. Data were collected by Maslach and Jackson's standard burnout questionnaires.
Findings: The analysis of the research data at the level of descriptive statistics (frequency and mean) and inferential statistics (Chi-square) indicates that in most subjects there are some degrees of burnout. There is a significant difference between male and female teachers in terms of burnout. The degree of burnout among male teachers is more than emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and individual performance more than female teachers (p value > 0.05).
Conclusion
Regarding the degree of burnout among teachers and the negative impact of this issue on the effectiveness of teachers 'services, mental health, student's academic performance, the need to identify teachers who are burned out through job and organizational consulting services in for the treatment of these people.
