Organizational citizen activism in Iran-Bafgh Central Iron Ore Company

unilateral and pure consideration to structural and formation problems organizations, cause to neglect their content and soft management issues (including organizational citizen activism) to polish the wheels of motion in a organization. In this study, after examining the concept of organizational citizen activism and determining the factors influencing it (using the Delphi technique), conceptual modeling of organizational citizen activism agency in Iran Central Iron Ore Company located in Bafgh will be studied.
This is an applicable, exploratory, descriptive-correlation and survey research with quantitative and qualitative approach. To determine the validity and reliability in this study, the content validity, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha and to increase their levels, pluralism in the data gathered has been used.
The population was some employees of Iran Central Iron Ore Company in Bafgh and method of sampling, is random. Spss and LISREL softwares , methods of structural equation modeling, path analysis, factor analysis and Spearman correlation, multiple regression, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Kaiser, and Bartlett, binomial, chi-square and Friedman, the analysis of statistical data have been used.
The results indicate a positive, strong, direct and indirect relationship between demographic, behavioral and contextual factors and negative, strong, direct and indirect relationships between structural factors and organizational citizen activism.
