Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The purpose of this research is to identify the various dimensions of organizational commitment with citizenship behavior and therefore to prioritize the components of organizational commitment as an effective indicator of citizenship behavior. The present research is descriptive research that studies the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The present research is a survey in terms of data collection. The research is also applied in a practical way, which aims to develop applied knowledge in a particular context. In this research, the statistical population consists of all employees of the General Office of Shipping and Shipping of Mazandaran province and the size of Nuneh using random stratified sampling method, 140 people have been selected. The instrument was SPSS software and correlation test and other related tests. What is important is that in the correlation method, the researcher does not regularly manipulate an independent variable to see its effect on the dependent variable. It chooses two variables and examines how the effect of one on another is on a sample group.
