Investigating organizational culture and perceived organizational support in employee retention; Case study

Today, maintaining and maintaining effective human resources is one of the most important factors in achieving the goals of any organization. The more an organization can absorb, maintain, and use more efficient force, it is more successful than its rivals in achieving its goals. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture and perceived organizational support on maintaining and retaining employees in Eagle Halva Company. The statistical population of this research includes all the managers and employees of Halva Eagle Co. in 235 people. Based on the sample size of Krejci and Morgan samples, 148 individuals were selected and simple random sampling method was used. Data were gathered using Denison's organizational culture questionnaire, organizational support questionnaire, Eisenberger et al. Inferential statistics (t, ANOVA, Friedman and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests) were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses and rank the factors. The results of the data analysis showed that organizational culture and perceived organizational support to maintain and maintain employees in the Eagle Halva company are affected by the ranking, organizational culture and then perceived organizational support on maintaining and maintaining the employees of Halva Eagh Company. On this basis, suggestions are also given.
