The concept of social capital embraces concepts such as trust, cooperation, and cooperation among members of a group or a society. They formulate a purposeful system and guide them towards achieving a worthwhile goal. Hence, recognizing the effective factors in strengthening or weakening social capital can contribute to the economic development of growing societies and increase social performance and national economy. The fundamental question is, why, given the importance and plurality of capital, why should we consider a category called social capital as a factor in the development and development of the national economy? In this paper, it has been attempted, through the method of theoretical explanation and logical reasoning, to the role and effectiveness of social capital in national development in the economic aspect It will be dealt with. The results of the survey show that researchers consider the relationship between increasing the social capital and improving the performance of the national economy as a positive relationship that can be considered as a bridge between the two areas of economics and sociology. Today, social capital is a necessary and not sufficient condition for the outcome of economic capital and policies, which provides the basis for economic growth and development at the community level.
