providing strategic model of athletic sports development in East Azerbaijan province, by using SWOT and BSC

The aim of this study is to develop a strategic model of athletic sport in East Azerbaijan province using the SWOT and BSC method. The population of the research was physical education universities of East Azerbaijan province, managers and employees of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports and cities, heads of sports bodies, authorities and sporting director, and public and private institutions in the field of sport activity they account for about 150 persons. Due to the limited population, the sample was considered equal to the population. The method of collecting data for this study are combined, the first in-depth interview and theoretical saturation, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats championship . strategic province were identified. A questionnaire has been prepared on the basis of the findings in this study were interviewed. For construct validity, confirmatory factor analysis to determine the status of the items one sample t-test to analyze the situation and develop strategies from the SWOT method was used. After determining the strategies and prioritize them using the Balanced Scorecard, operational athletics program was developed province. Results of the analysis showed that the Department of Sport and Youth WO's East Azerbaijan province in the region and must use strategy and development of the sport of champions.
Also achieved optimal strategies have been assessed using the Balanced Scorecard BSC technique was developed as operational And finally strategic as operational models using SWOT and Balanced Scorecard technique was designed to develope athletic sports in East Azerbaijan province.
