Cerium or Silver is one of the finest species of peppermint leaves in the world that endures a wide range of ecological conditions in the habitats. The dry and rocky mountains of the state of Arizona of the United States are the natural habitat for it. Many of the well-known species of this plant have different medicinal properties that based on essential oils; it is used in traditional medicine. In this research, the essential oil contained in the fruit of the clover tree using the steam distillation separation method. The natural compounds were identified using the FT-IR and GC-Mass spectra.
