The Relationship Between Family - worke Transmission Phenomenon and Work conflict with psychological well-being in Employed women

The purpose of this study was The Relationship Between Family - worke Transmission Phenomenon and psychological well-being in Employed women education and traning of North Khorasan province .This is a descriptive study of the correlation type and the statistic society was The population consisted of all employees women of the education and traning of North Khorasan 300 people. Tools for data collecting we standard questionnaires. To Family - worke Transmission Phenomenon was Grzywacz & marks(2000) and for psychological well-being Ryff(1992). The research validity was the content type that was approved by experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined and confirmed by using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient To Family - worke Transmission Phenomenon was 0.72 and psychological well-being0.75. which was then analyzed by SPSS software (ver. 22). The Pearson correlation coefficient and the multivariable regression were used to test research hypothesis. The results showed a significant positive relation between the Family - worke Transmission Phenomenon and psychological well-being in Employed women.
