A Glance at the Law of Cycling Prayer at Sacred Mosque of Mecca Based on Jurisprudential Perspective of the Islamic enominations

Praying in a cycling form round the great Ka’bah or cycling prayer in congregation is among the issues whose legitimacy or illegitimacy is not obvious from Jurisprudential perspective, since an extensive and unified research has not taken place in this respect. Therefore, the question on the law of cycling prayer at the sacred mosque (Masjid al-Haram) based on the Islamic Jurisprudence is an issue that needs to be analyzed to get an appropriate answer. Indeed, the way of life of the Muslims and not being rejected by the holy infallibles and by observing the conditions of congregational prayer are among the proofs of legitimacy of praying in congregation round the great Ka’bah. This research is aimed at knowing the sayings and views of the Jurists of Islamic denominations as well as the limits and the proof by expounding the duty and responsibility of the Muslims during cycling prayer in congregation. Achieving this goal in the light of description and analysis of jurisprudential propositions of Islamic creeds is achievable through gathering data from the library sources. The result will be legitimacy of congregational prayer round the great Ka’bah with one congregational Imam and in a cycling form.
