An Analysis of Teacher's Perspectives on Barriers of Implementing the Research Findings to Education System

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to identify implementation barriers of research findings to education system of Iran and to validate it by teachers of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province. The research is a descriptive-analytical study; so, it was carried out by documentary analysis of identified barriers to the application of research findings and by validating foresaid barriers via surveying. In the first step, statistical population -all of the relevant theoretical and research literature were analyzed without sampling and in the next step, by the use of cluster sampling method and Levy and Lemeshow formula, 298 teachers were chosen as statistical sample. Research data were gathered through a content analysis table and a researcher-made questionnaire based on extracted barriers, the reliability and validity of which has been confirmed. Documentary analysis resulted in identification of managerial/ structural, economic/ financial, cultural/ social, communicational/ informational barriers.
