Green Human Resource Management is the most important element of human resource management, and in recent years many researchers have focused on human resource management. The aim of this study was to Structural design Green Human Resource Management models Based on human resource management systems. For the first time in Green human resource management literature is presented. The research from the perspective of the purpose, the nature and method of descriptive cross-sectional survey and temporally. Data collection included a combination of structured questionnaire Green Human Resource Management Questionnaire and human resource management systems. Validity and through to construct validity were assessed. and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient.The statistical population of this research includes all managers of Fars Power Distribution Company, which is 120 people. Sample size was determined based on Cochran formula. Ranking was done by random sampling .Hypotheses using structural equation modeling and analysis was performed using SMART PLS software. The results showed that the system of human resource management and human resource management green there is a significant relationship.
