Analysis of spatial distribution of Bank and Optimal Locating (Case Study: City of Saqqez)

Abstract:
Banks are including in major service centers. Location of bank branches in the city is an incentive to attract customers and their satisfaction, so it’s essential to select their location so that provide residents public access. The main objective of the study that has been fulfilled in a descriptive-analytic method is that to show the model of bank distribution in Saqqez city and specify the best places for building banks.
In order to attain the purpose of, ANP, means of Geographically Weighted Regression and network analysis methods were used and for performing such operations, ARC /GIS, and Super Decisions software have been used.
Results of the research showed that According to The radius of theinappropriate and Per capita much lower , access to the User bank In this city is not desirable and all population cannot used to justly and equal From this centers . Thereafter by combining the various layers of influential uses, final map of optimal spaces has organized and suggested for building new Bank branches in 5 categories from very good to very weak.
